Ideaspace® was developed by Rick Taft, a lawyer with an interest in the structure of political debate and other forms of complex inquiry. Mr. Taft, who serves as the President and Chief Software Architect of Ideaspace, LLC., developed the methodology embodied in the software in the course of writing a book in the early 1990's on health care reform in the United States. He began in 1996 to transform what had been a hard copy methodology into a commercial software program and to build an enterprise around the software.

You are welcome to contact the Ideaspace office or Mr. Taft:

Ideaspace, LLC also offers consultation and research services. We can use existing or new multi-source data to develop an Ideaspace superstructure that has form, legibility and potential for orderly growth. Contact Us to discuss your needs.

We plan to develop a Thinktank as a place to publish files in the three Ideaspace formats - idea pyramid, source profile and glossary. Users will be able to go to the Thinktank to review and download files. Some will be available for a fee; others will be free.

To submit any material in Ideaspace format you would like to have considered for publication, please Contact Us.
